Terrible service when calling in orders. I’ve been left on hold way too long. When I call back, same thing and worse, when I complain about it, they (including the owner) could care less. I stopped calling in orders and now go there less often.
Not exactly customer friendly. Refused to take a phone order. Instead, had to wait 45 minutes in the restaurant for an order of two pizzas, much of it in a cue of unhappy customers. After I got home discovered a plain pizza was 11 dollars (fine), but a Mushroom pizza was $21! $10 for a topping? Definitely not okay in my book. The pizza was okay and certainly worth 10 or $12. Caveat emptor!
Horrible!!!!!. As a passer by traveller, I was coming with my kids to eat and I called to find out a little about the restaurant.So to my surprise the pizza is the only thing that is cholov yisroel! How can this be in the same restaurant.???? How can I be sure pizza was made with truly kosher cheese and not the other one?????Mistakes happen! do they have separate sinks for cholov and non cholov?????????How horrible that in this day and age jews are still fooling around with kashrus.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOT GOOD THIS ONLY HAPPENS OUTSIDE NEW YORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Len. I went there yesterday with my daughter. I ordered two slices of pizza and she ordered a salad. All were delicious. We didn’t know what to order, but the staff was very helpful and patient with all our requests. I would definitely go back.

Poor Customer Service. I’m not sure why I keep coming back to this place, the quality of the food is never consistent, and the service is consistently poor. In the past, we have been served spoiled food, have been given the wrong order, given an order to go when we asked for it to stay. I once ordered a make-your own salad with bunch of toppings, and they didn’t have most of the toppings that I ordered, so they essentially gave me a big container of chopped romaine lettuce with a few chickpeas in there and charged me for a full salad. It would have been nice if the staff would have told me that they don’t have the item, instead of giving me an inferior product. They are also often confused about which foods they serve and which foods they don’t. Sometimes you order something and they say they don’t have the item, and you have to insist that they do serve the item (because you got it last week) before they agree to give sell it to you. Very odd. Overall, the people behind the counter seem incompetent and don’t pay much attention to the customers. Unfortunately, its the only eatery of its kind in this area, which is probably why they are still in business. Tip: When ordering food on Friday, make sure to ask when it was made, as they do keep things like tuna and egg salad overnight, and they don’t make fresh on Friday.
