Poor Customer Service. In the past I have been a loyal customer, but was recenty sold a poorly made sub made by the senior family member in this deli business. I called to complain and he hung up on me. I am disappointed with the lack of effort made to resolve my problem. The subs are marginal but are cheap. I know places in the area with better quality subs for only a little more money, using Thumanns or Boars Head meats. Sorry I will not go back there. I wish the rest of the sub eating world would wake up and care about the quality of the subs they buy. They are influenced by convenience of the location of the store.
