Went for dinner at 530 pm asked to sit in a specific seat and host said no tried to sit us over looking the auto parts store when we said not here he sat us in the middle of restaurant felt like the side show for diner felt very uncomfortable so instead of ordering the $20 steak dinner i was craving i had to end up with a hamburger. Shouldve just went to mcdonalds. For that kind of service we used to go there all the time for breakfast and dinners will never set foot in there again it wad a disgrace. Will stick to lakehurst diner much better atmosphere. I wouldnt advise you to go to crystal either
Had breakfast today about 11:45 am ; disappointed . Home fries were served cold; had to send them back to be heated. Pancakes had the consistency of whole wheat – sorry I ate them. They are like lead in my stomach all day. Ham tasted good but not very hot; definitely not worth The $4.00 charged. Won’t be back.
If you like the way old Greek cooks make classic American food, you’ll like this. Servicable. Not horrible. A bit institutional for homemade food. The bread pudding is excellent. Try to get Lisa for a waitress, so you’ll also get the wisecracking jersey attitude.
