To me this is one of the best Italian restaurants around.Good old fashioned Italian cooking.The mussels appetizers are to die for.The ambiance is very romantic and the staff are very friendly and accomadating.Thumbs up!!!
Although the location is a bit unorganized, the food and service is outstanding. I have visited this restraunt a few times an everytime is excellent. The food is authentic to the taste and the service provides free entertainment! Whats better? To the review on the slow service – I would encourage you to see how fast you could manage the whole place being the only person on the floor, no one works there that is 17, more like 21. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, every smaller business has it’s slower days, but when fiore rosso packs in like sardines don’t be butt hurt you didn’t make a reservation . -thanks!
Always a fantastic Meal. I have read a recent review by bcheerful3 of Fiore and I have to disagree, though this is my opnion we have never had the experience you have mentioned. We come here often and never experienced what you mentioned below. Nobody is perfect and I think both the Sisters do an incredible job with the service and the Food. With that said The family owned business is fantastic. They always treat us great and the food is always SPOT on. The prices are fantastic and I highly reccomend the Filet (Its Amazing) its better than any Steak house including Brennan’s in Neptune! The atmosphere is nice and the service is alway friendly and attentative. You cannot go wrong here we are glad to have a place so close to home. !!
Always Great. I love this recent review of this place, the biggest problem these people had was only having an hour and a half to eat, I recently went to NYY steak and my bill for 2 people was just under $300.00 and I was told when I made the reservation we would only be allowed an hour and a half which I thought was fine, also they go on to say that their meal was ok but because of the staff would not go back. then they say the restaurant lost 3 potential regulars,if it was only ok why would you be come regulars ? any way to make a long story short , a lot of the jersey shore business got beat up by hurricane Sandy , and it is always nice to know that BCHEERFUL is there to kick them when they are down, also did you ever think that half of this place’s customers are still displaced and that is why it wasn’t going to be busy til 7pm, in closing I would also like to say does it make sense to anyone reading this that waiters who make $2.00 an hour would tell you there were no available tables if there were ,maybe they like losing money ? I doubt it so I say Rock on Fiore Rosso I never had more consistently good food anywhere and as for you BCHEERFUL how about changing to AMMISERABLE
Great Food. Slow Service.. We went in on a Sunday night. There were 7 tables of couples, which all pretty much arrived at separate times. There was only one waiter, who looked no older than 17. The waiter was highly untrained, and extremely slow to take our orders for appetizer, dinner, and dessert. It is understandable to be unexpectedly busy and be understaffed, but the wait staff should definitely be knowledgeable and professional. The food on the other hand, was delicious. The prosciutto wrapped shrimp appetizer was perfect. The shrimp were huge, and cooked to perfection!
Great food in toms river. Fiore Rosso is a great Italian-american bistro, i don’t know how anybody could dislike this place it is Awesome!and as to the comment about being overpriced these people are obviously used to having all you can eat microwaved soup,salad and breadsticks ,if you truly like great food give this place a try
