By far the worst hibachi experience ever! Before I give you specifics I want to preface this by saying I work in the restaurant industry and my husband manages a business that’s main focus is customer service. We went here on a Friday night, had an 830 reservation and didn’t get seated until 9. The waitress was nice, but was very pushy to rush our tables orders in. The family next to is ordered sushi as an appetizer. A half hour later, still no appetizers or waitress. Finally, the family flagged someone down asking about their sushi. They left, 15 mins later still no sushi. Finally, after 45 mins of sitting there with no waitress our hibachi chef came over. The family flagged down another worker who seemed to be the owner and asked where is our sushi and she raised her voice and got nasty with the gentlemen that she only had 1 order of sushi and it’s coming now. He justifiability cancelled it because our dinner was about to made. Our hibachi chef had NO personality and seemed he did not want to be there. The rice, noodles, and veggies came out as bland as I ever seen. We had to add additional soy sauce from his bottle to give it some flavor. He served the shrimp app to everyone without giving us the customary sauces to dip in. When we asked for the sauces he looked at us and gave an attitude and said when I’m finished. The food was served and we were still waiting for our sauces. My husband asked him again and he proceeded to clean everything prior to giving us what we needed. Food was less than average. We were then rushed to give our check without our dessert. We asked the manager if ice cream was included she hesitated and said yes but she only had two types left. We will never go back , the staff as well as management was unbelievably rude. I’m surprised this place is still open with that type of service.
