  We really like this place. One of our favorite places, but they sometimes have problems. We were in there this evening; very busy and it showed. The booth was barely wiped and did not have places set when we were seated. We were served efficiently and with a smile. We ordered the key lime Coconut Jumbo Shrimp appetizer to start. My lady decided on the grilled Salmon with the Salad bar and Baked Spaghetti Squash as a side. I opted for the Crab Cake dinner (with 2 cakes for $3.00 more) with a side of onion rings and baked Mac & cheese. She went up to the salad bar only to find that a lot of the product was gone (again, a busy night). She could only get basic greens. Came back and we still did not have place settings; found one on a vacant table nearby. The server brought our appetizer and we told her about the missing settings as well as the problem with the salad bar. She was quick and very attentive! Had us fixed up in no time. The Shrimp was absolutely great! The key lime sauce set off the jumbo meat of the shrimp perfectly with the coconut breading. Too bad there’s only 4! Good for an Appetizer though. My lady went up a second time to the salad bar and came back with some of the other veggies she was hoping for but just in time for our entrees to be plated as well. O well.. at leas they did refill the salad bar inventory pretty quickly!The Salmon was very fresh and excellent! Flaky and fork tender; no fishy odor or taste. Unfortunately, the spaghetti squash was cold and not fully cooked. My crab cake was my from lump crab meat and it was nice and fresh. The only problem I had was it could’ve used some seasoning. The sauce they provide was a great taste alternative and made up for the lack of flavoring. The mac & cheese.. what can one say. I love the stuff; especially when it’s more like cheese with some mac. and that’s how they made it! I couldn’t finish it all so we took it home along with most the onion rings; a nice snack during the games tomorrow!All in all, I’ve been going to this Ruby Tuesday’s for over 3 years and I’ve always felt welcome, had good food and enjoyed the experience. They make mistakes sometimes, but they always fix them. Give them a try! I’d recommend it anytime!

  I do not often write a review if it is to be very negative. i started with Shrimp Scampi and 9oz steak. It was bad enough that I sent it back for a simple cheeseburger and Diet Pepsi. sticking with my original statement, I recommend the Diet Pepsi.
