Bad wait staff attitude of owner. As a party of three, one order of vegan ravioli was as hard as cardboard; it was sent back. The owner said he tasted it along with three staff members; and there was nothing wrong with it. I can’t believe he did that! A different selection was made which took about an hour. The wait staff were young teenagers, and forgot us most of the time. The owner started out friendly, but soon we saw another side of him when we were not happy with the ravioli. It was very uncomfortable being there, and we have never returned. We chose Via Roma because my son is a vegan. It was his birthday, and we were very miserable after the ravioli problem. We did not make a fuss, and will never go there again. Never should a customer be treated like this.Renee
