I just returned from dinner there. I had to write something as the food and service was just not good–it was perfect. As always. There are not many places I can say that about. The Chilean Sea Bass was amazing, perfectly sauced and accompanied by a wonderfully creamy risotto and tender but crisp asparagus. Everyone at my table remarked at the skill and uniqueness of their dinners. Villa has been around for many years and never ceases to delight its patrons. Other than cuisine, what also distinguishes this restaurant from others is its service. Professional career waiters working in the European tradition is a rarity today. Thanks to the Boemio family for this rare gem
