Best Bang for Buck. Rays Subs on Pennington offers delicious food at even better prices. Owner is very passionate about his craft and personally makes certain your order is completed to your exact specifications. This is my favorite sub shop in Ewing, period…..PS… Highly recommend the Chicken cutlet BLT combo…. On a 6 inch hoagie roll, 2 large pieces of juicy crispy chicken cutlet over fresh tomato, lettuce and provolone cheese topped with crispy bacon with a side of outrageous steak fries…….Finger-licking-good!
