Seriously? Rude, overrated.. I question the godlike status given this place. Their burgers are indeed large for the money, but they were not able to cook mine medium-rare to SAVE THEIR LIVES – and after returning the second well-done mess to the kitchen the loud, arrogant owner came out and tried to tell me that the burger I’d send back (with not a touch of pinkness or moisture left in it) was indeed M-R. Unable to intimidate me with his blustering, he kicked me out and told me never to return. Gladly, my friend, gladly…

Okay – not great, not terrible.. Went there a week ago Saturday before going to a concert. Arrived at 5 with high expectations and a good appetite and 3 friends. We were told 40min wait by a surly bartender – you could tell he didn’t want to be there. No room at the bar, so we stood and each ordered a beer and decided if no seat by the end of the beer, we’d walk. Just as we were about to go 4 seats opened at the bar. Having heard about the burgers, we were eager enough to sit there and let the bartender scowl at us. We ordered another beer each – and since i’d been tipping him well, he warmed. We prepared to eat at the bar and just as we were about to order, our table came open — abt 25. min. We sat. A friendly waitress took our order. Food came within 15 minutes. I had a nice medium rare burger, as did 2 other. Our fourth had a roast beef sandwich — it was hot/open with gravy – good but a knife & fork meal, not what she expected. The bill for 4 meals and 4 beers came to $55. Service was okay – not terrible, not great. i’ll go back.
