Avoid this place. Very very poor service. The door said it closes at 1030pm, the sushi bar closed at 10pm without the waitress telling us if we want to order some more since sushi bar and kitchen is closing. Servers never pay attention to you. At 1030pm, waitress comes up to us and tells us to leave because they are closing. I don’t think the staff likes being in this place. Again, AVOID.
I love Yama ! The sushi is always fresh and excellent. We’ve never had a problem with the service. A great low key restaurant for a casual night out.
The worst take our service. They do not listen to you, they do nor care. I have been taking out from Yama on Friday nights for months and they just can’t get the extras right. I give up. Don’t ask for extra wasabee, they put it in your order but don’t give you the product. How can a a sushi restaurant not include chop sticks in a take out order but it happens over and over again. The sushi is good but the take out service is the worst. I have ordered from them for the last time.
Very good Sushi. Nice lunch specials. Sit at Sushi bar for better service.
