Great food But,. Don’t get me wrong- I love Stewarts. Always good food and sweet carhops. BUT-for two people to even eat lunch you’d better be prepared to spend at least $20. I do like the food-but boy is it pricey.
I use to come here all the time as a kid. It was such a treat when we go. The food back then was excellent. The food is still good. You can’t go wrong with a root beer float fries and burger!

This place is a treasure… I hope it ALWAYS re-opens every spring…now that Hammonton’s Stewart’s is dead… this one is almost an endangered species this far south….The servers are perky and friendly and always prompt. The food is what you’d expect — you aren’t eating here to get the BEST burger in Jersey – you are eating here to eat at a drive-in restaurant with car hops and rock n roll on the loudspeakers… Who cares what the food’s like ? (Although is certainly o.k. with me. I haven’t been brave enough to try the TunaRai yet — the idea of raisin bread and tuna salad makes me ever-so-queasy…)
