NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT THEY MADE IT RIGHTWe arrived about ten minutes early for our reservation. I heard people in the lobby telling each other that they did not have reservations. They were all seated before us, so be advised that a reservation here is an opportunity to get in line. After waiting about 20 minutes we were finally seated. The waitress took our drink order. After another long wait she delivered the drinks but one was wrong. They have a pizza section on the menu that states any pizza can be ordered as a flatbread. We confirmed this with the waitress and ordered two flatbreads. After another long wait we were presented with two pizzas. Since things were progressing very slowly we decided to eat the pizzas. All four of us had ordered the veal parmigiana with sides of pasta. From the time they cleared the pizzas until delivery of the entrees was over a half hour. The veal was good. Having been there over two and a quarter hours we did not dare try dessert and coffee. While much of these problems can be attributed to poorly trained staff, even the waitress knew things had not gone well. She went to a manager who came to our table, apologized and comp’ed us for the entire check.
