My pizza arrived 20 minutes after there suggested time so (45mins + 20 mins). While the one slice I had was tasty, it was cold and overcooked to the point of no chance of reheating so I thru the rest of the pie out – personal customized pie ($15) into the trash. The owner was willing to replace but can’t wait what could be another hour+ for delivery. Beautiful new location but was there earlier this week for pick up and it appeared to be understaffed at that time so maybe I should not be surprised by my experience tonight. The pie was so overcooked and cold and earlier this week’s experience wasn’t great in terms of quality, I really am not that type of person, and it is only my opinion, but I think it will be awhile before I patronize them again. I am sorry

Terrible service. After ordering the same order several times and getting it wrong all three times i called to speak to the idiot who answered the phone and took the order. he identified himself as joe’s son…as if that makes him important. he apologized and then called back to make excuses why he was correct on a technicality. after witnessing joe’s temper and attitude several times, no wonder his son acted that way…the apple doesnt fall far from the tree!
Disappointment!. Went on a Sunday night when most places in the area were hopping. The place was empty. Hmm…We didn’t want to deal with the crowds so we tried this place after the 88% like rating. WOW! I wonder what those folks ordered because our dinners were horrible. Both the Mussels marinara & Bolegnese were the worst tasting dishes I ever had anywhere, by far. You can get better sauces in a jar. I really wanted to like the place too.
