This review is for Urban Table, which apparently is a sister restaurant to 3 West. They are of the same owner and share 1 kitchen. I stopped in on a late Sunday evening for a quick meal and was pleasantly surprised. Good wine by the glass selection and my salad with salmon was quite good. Actually, one of the best I’ve had. The bar was low-key, upscale but the dining area was more like chic Denny’s. Worth another try, though.
Tried twice. Eventually, the food was good. Both visits, service was poor — glacial, unattentive, and focused on everything but their patrons. Both visits, orders took too long to arrive at table. They want you to drink, yet after you request bread or something a few times, the two small supermarket dinner rolls will not last the wait for the meal. Not worth it.
