Terrible Customer Service and Food!!!. DON’T EAT HERE!!!! Horrible customer service, was given the wrong order and was told TOO BAD by the manager, that they had other customers to deal with, what am I chop liver!!!!When I complained that my order was wrong, I was told that I’m being unreasonable, absolutely unacceptable!!! Will never eat here again!!
What Happened to Ling Ling????. This used to be the best Chinese in the area, but in the past 6 months, I’ve had two of the worst meals there that I have ever had. And I’ve heard the same thing from several friends. When did hot and sour soup become mushroom soup??? I actually had a friend who told me that when she dined there, she was given a dish that tasted burnt. When she told the waiter, several people came out of the kitchen, TASTED the food, declared her wrong, and did not offer to replace the dish!
Some of the best healthy Chinese food I have ever had, coupled with some of the most abysmal service; pricey for what it is, but worth it. For $25, I got steamed dumplings, a light and simple stir-fry of Chinese greens with very tender beef, and a small bowl of brown rice. The downside was that the waiter whisked away my dumplings before I was done then completely ignored me after serving my entree until I finally clamored for the check ten minutes after I finished eating. Perhaps this was because he was too busy contending with the woman at the next table whose beef with broccoli had TWICE been delivered with brown sauce despite her requests to the contrary. Next time I’ll get takeout.
I love this place! It has the best spare ribs and Chinese food in general. The resturant is very peaceful as well. This is my favorite Chinese resturant. They do have take-out but they don’t deliver. The staff is very nice too.
