The decor is stunning. However, the service is slow and they try to take your plates before you finish your meal. Having said that, I understand the business side of that, rush and make more money. But this is bad business actually. A place like that should hire people, especially managers, with more business class and etiquette. We had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the manager who, after I insisted, introduced himself as Joseph Shultz. A customer should be the one to decide when their dinner is over, not the server or the manager. We felt rushed, disrespected and, quite frankly, belittled. Not a pleasant night at all. I would expect this kind of attitude from a fast food joint, which doesn’t make it right either, but makes it somewhat more understandable. Won’t be going back there again even though the place itself is beautiful. The people who work there make the atmosphere, and they haven’t learned that part of doing business yet.
