Classic Cantonese. One of my 2 favorite Chinese restaurants I eat at in NJ. The owner formally operated in NYC Chinatown which I had eaten at. The food is classic Cantonese as I had grown up eating in NYC. The dim sum is very good and the service is very attentive and responsive. The a la carte menu stands up to most any NYC restaurant. The seafood is top-notch as with many of the other dishes. You know it’s of quality standard when more than half the diners are Chinese/Asian. And the restaurant is usually full on the weekends both for dim sum and dinner.
