ARUNMAMA and Mami love this place. Most of the times when I visit them, we have ATLEAST one meal here. The Idlis are ok. The rest items are good. Mostly everything here is good. I even like their daal vadas.
Not Good Anymore – Expensive Too – Read Below. Dosa Express is not so good anymore. This weekend, the multi-layer dosa had no taste and neither did the utappam. The utappam was made very thin, minimizing the quantity.Sambar (sambhar) was tasteless colored water. If you consider the thin sambar, tasteless food and poor quantity, it’s actually more expensive than the same from a proper sit-in fine diner.They have the right to be arrogant since most Indians will go there anyway, blindly. Great way to make good money while not providing proper food or service.PS: Have you ever got a smile out of that lady? Or that guy? Free dosa for you if you get a smile from them.
Hole in the wall Dosa place. Service sucks, the servers seem angry all the time. But food is pretty good for a very reasonable price.

Dosa Express. Cheap, tasty, fast. Its a fast food place so dont look for ambviance or even a friendly hello, they stick to business give you your food and take your money. I had the potato masala dosa. Its quick tasty and I like the bowl of rasam they give you with it.

The dosa’s are excellent. The price is cheap. The decor and service are typical fast food. If you’re looking for a fancy place with tablecloths then look elsewhere. If you want some good food cheap then this is the place.
