  Wow! What a supreme disappointment! We’ve been here before and loved it . This time the server was rude, the chicken parm was soggy and even worse, we were told we only had ONE choice of wine by the glass for which we were charged $9 per glass for terrible wine. Sycamore lane !! Really!! We could have overlooked a lot if service was decent . We will never go back to this restaurant. Honestly, go to olive garden, the food is good, wine selection is excellent and the servers and management actually care!!

  The Service Here Is Terrible. Last night I went to this establishement for dinner with two of my co-workers. Upon arrival we asked to have our checks separtated since we are here for work and need to submit these for expense purposes. That was our second mistake; the waiter looked at us like this was the first time in the history of dining that this request had been made. From there is was all bad except for the food. We were ignored and were treated like we were not good enough to dine there, I actually had to get up from the table and ask the Maitre’d what the problem was. We had asked for some Basil and Parm for our bread and I actualy heard one of the wait staff complain to another about the request and then refuse to serve us. The Maitre’d was actaully the one that took over the table service for us and he did an outstanding job and we tipped him accordingly. I have no idea where the staff learned their skills unless they teach those types of manors in their respective countries of origins. I know that restaurants do not teach this since I have been in the food service industry for over 10 years. Her is my rating fr this place: Food – 5 Stars, Maitre’d – 5 stars, – Sevice Staff – 0 Stars!!!!! I do not advise visiting this place unless you have a high tolerance for really crappy service.

  Disappointing…. They were closing for the Fourth of July weekend. I thought that was a bit odd, but hey if they can have it off, great for them.Anyhow, no one told me that I arrived too late, but once seated at the bar, I was told the kitchen closes in 10 minutes. if I wanted food.I quickly scan the menu and find a homemade penne pasta with vegetables in a vodka sauce, Sounds good, and nothing too complicated for them to end the evening.The bartender was being very friendly with the specific customers as they were leaving, that was clearly putting off some of the other customers, The salad arrived, and when it did, I asked for bread, You would think I was asking wayyy too much. A waitor comes dashing by and drops the bread basket between me and the next customer, who I was more than happy to share with. We both laughed could not help but laugh at the flying waiter…I think he was ready to leave for a 4 day weekend.The salad and house chianti ($9.00) a glass were fine, but the homemade penne with the vodka sauce were just not good. The vodka sauce was not plentiful, and the penne, although cooked properly, just did not taste as fresh as homemade pasta should. Just didn’t taste homemade, Of course many of us have our own opinion of what good homemade pasta tastes likes…Buddy
