Excellent service and unique menu – outstanding.
A Beautiful Restaurant with Excellent Food and Service. Ristorante Venezia upgraded from a trattoria a few years ago. It was excellent, then. It’s better, now. The restaurant renovation was a masterwork. The dining room is fronted with glass doors overlooking Main Street, with sedate recessed lighting and decorated in rich earth tones. While the dining room and service are very formal, the clientele are casual diners or business people.Dinner fare is not your usual Italian. I recommend the Carpaccio as a starter. It’s tender and tasty. My companion for dinner also enjoyed the Grilled Portabella mushroom. Their salads are fresh and laced with just the right amount of dressing. While not a favorite of mine, my Mother raves about their Pasta Fagiolo. Since I don’t cook it at home, I tend to order veal in Italian restaurants. Venezia’s Vitello Bolognese is an excellent choice. My dinner partner enjoyed the Pollo Venezia, made with scallions and parmesan cheese. The Salmon Imperiale was also excellently prepared.Service is impeccable. Water is refilled immediately, drinks are replenished before you even notice that you’re in need. From the moment your coat is taken at the door, through your excellent meal, to the time your wraps are returned to you in the lobby, you are pampered by their professional, friendly staff.
Remy’s is the best!. The food gets better and better and more and more delicious every time I go there. Hat’s off to chef Vesel.Remy is a wonderful host and the wine list is great. Very pleasant place to have dinner. I enjoy it every time.
