Best Boxed Ever… and then some.. I attended meeting that was catered by the Sassy Apron. Everything was extremely fresh and tasty. The Pesto Salad was the best I have ever had. To say this was the best boxed lunch ever does it a bit of a disservice since the idea of boxed lunch is fair at best. This was just a great lunch. Thanks Sassy Apron, you have a new customer.
Green chili enchilada’s. We had the Green Chili Enchilada’s last night and could not have been more disappointed!Not only were they soupy, but very little chicken and just a hint of green chili.I would STRONGLY advise everyone to stay away from this dish till the recipehas been re-written.
