Aggie ’69. The service is fast and courteous. My favorite is torn between the nacho grande and the three enchiladas. Get the grilled cabbage for the side…………and by all means don’t forget the sopapilllas!A perfect ending to a scrumptious meal!
Great locals place.. Hatchas is a frequent for us as a family. We have lived in the Valley for over 20 years and have seen restaurants come and go. Hatchas is one which will be here for a while. You are able to get great local Northern New Mexican dishes like blue corn enchiladas, tamales, and huevos rancheros. The red and green chili is great. It is an affordable place to take a family of 6.
Delicious, fresh food, nice staff, great outdoor eating!. We love Hatcha’s Grill and always take visiting friends and family to taste the good New Mexico cooking! The staff is nice, prices are decent, and the food is always well prepared and spiced. Portions are large, too! We often split a meal if it’s lunch. The burgers are always good, too. Our favorite, though, is the trout. Even for spinach-haters, just give their spinach side a try… AWESOME!

Always a crowd pleaser. We have been going to hatcha’s since the came to Angel Fire and have never been disappointed. they are always pleasant and the food is awesome. the enchiladas are our favorite. its nice to go to a new Mexican restaurant where they quality of the dish is always on point and the portions are just right. highly recommend next time you are in angel fire.
