Great Lunch. I rarely have anything good to say about sandwiches in Albuquerque. The warm shredded beef sandwich is great. Simple, good ingredients. Nummers. And great chips, which matters BTW.
Great Green Chile Sourdough. For years, I have bought bread, bagels, etc. that promised green chile in them and they tasted like nothing was added. This is the first such product that delivered. And the texture, crust and sour dough flavor were perfect. I bought this at the Robinson Square Famers Market last weekend and I think I will be buying two at a time form now on like the other writer here.
Sublime. I first tried Bosque Bakery breads at the Downtown Growers Market last year. I simply adore the Sunflower Multigrain bread, and buy it two loaves at a time so that I don’t ever, ever run out. The cranberry walnut and kalamata olive breads are so, so good. And the cranberry orange scones make me cry. I feel good buying this bread from a dedicated entrepreneur who obviously puts his heart into these products.
