Very good food. Good prices and large portions at dinner. Service was not the greatest. No coffee either.
Yum.. We go here for delicious, inexpensive lunch. they give you an option for brown rice. service is pretty good. i like!
Asian Cafe, formerly known as Chows Bistro, used to be a favorite of ours. At our last visit, we were informed that they no longer serve beer or wine. The food was cold, lacked flavor and overpriced. We will not be returning anytime soon.
Best I’ve found in ABQ. I love oriental food; Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Japanese & some Chinese. Most Chinese restaurants I’ve tried here are rather bland and have a buffee taste/texture. Not Asian Cafe. The Asian Cafe has the lightest hand with sauces, can spice it up or down, uses really fresh ingredients and is quick. They’re a quiet spot in a strip center at Juan Tabo and Brentwood and seem to do far much more take out than sit down trade. My favorite dishes are their curries and Orange Peel Beef. The rest of my family LOVES the Walnut Shrimp. Good luck!
Unique food and good service. This is not your everday chinese food. At the Asian Cafe we really enjoyed how they create Chinese classics but with a unique twist. In the overcrowded Chinese restaurant scene the Asian Cafe stands out! Be sure to try the Dragon Sesame Chicken!
Hard pressed to find a better deal. With 10 or more entrees priced below $6 for lunch that include choice of soup and type of rice, it is hard to find an equal. The staff is courteous, attentive and quick. With the added bonus of discounts for military, police, firemen, medical emergency and educators makes it an even better deal.
Perfect. Food is always fresh. You can’t beat the lunch express specials. Service is impeccable. Favorite dishes are the sesame chicken with brown rice, pot stickers and lettuce wraps. The upper level is intimate and perfect for one person doing lunch solo.
