Never Again! POOR–FAIL!. Time and time again we get consistently screwed up meals. Something is always wrong and we are not asking for special requests or changing the dish on the menu. They just can’t get the meal right! Is it that hard to quality check the plates? I’m done giving them a chance to prove they have improved. I’ll eat elsewhere even if I’m tired of every other restaurant which is usually why I end up back there; not ever again.
Worst in Clovis, that’s saying alot!. Have given this place SOOOO many chances to change our minds over the last four years we’ve lived here. Never….EVER again will I give my hard earned money to this place. I would rather eat from the guy down the street that cooks tacos on his engine block on foil than eat at this place again.
Great experience overall. My steak was undercooked so I sent it back. The customer service was great. They brought it back perfect and the food was great. They even comp’d my meal.
Standard Applebee’s, if you have been in one you have been in the all. The only thing that was a bit odd was it was karaoke night. The place was jammin, not much else to do in this town. Fun night.
We took a chance and this place is still awful! Even something as simple as a salad was nasty. Please don’t waste money you have worked for on this dump!
Worst service in town. I consistently get terrible service at this location. I feel like they think they can get away with it since there are so few major chains in town. Food is decent, but it always tastes worse when it’s cold, which happens frequently.
Absolute worst service in town. Boycotted for 8 months, went back, still awful. Most of the time, the food comes out cold.
