  Been 3 times in the last year. Good deal on some bomb tater tots and cheeseburger. Best burger in Clovis among what I’ve tried so far. Why get a burger and soggy fries at Chili’s for $10 when this place is better and less expensive.

  I stopped into this restaurant on my way out of Clovis for s handheld burrito around 10AM. I wish I hadn’t. It was like a train wreck in slow motion. First off, they had no real creamer. They had only powdered nondairy creamer. Secondly they could not print out a receipt for me – I chuckled to myself thinking how amateurish this is. This breakfast was a business expense and the only option left to me was to have it emailed to my account where I will now have to print it out tonight which is ridiculous. I couldn’t back out as I had already paid for it. Also, the tipping option on the POS was set in dollar increments, not percentages i.e. 15%, 20% etc. I found this hilarious is well considering any adult with a 6th grade education should be able to use percentages like the rest of the world. Anyhow so I get my burrito and it’s freaking tiny. Seriously I got a burrito that was bigger at fast-food TacoVilla the night before. I take my first bite and I get a big honking green chile stem – Yuck. I spit it out and I’m thinking to myself They should’ve done a better job cleaning the green chili – maybe they were short handed. I take a second bite and the Burrito’s freaking cold in the middle. Hot food is supposed to be … HOT!!! Not cold but HOT!!!!! Jesus Christ, the ineptitude of the staff was obvious when you screw up something as simple as a hand held bean, green chili & cheddar burrito. I wanted to take it back but I’m on a schedule and couldn’t be late so I had to stop off and throw it in a dumpster. This visit was absolutely horrible, wretched experience all around – from product quality as well as value, to customer experience. It was pathetic & ridiculous. This restaurant is absolutely horrible. I would not eat here. You’d get better product and service at McDonalds. Jesus, at least their hot food is hot & they give you a receipt.

  Quality going downhill at the Mabry Location.. Had a craving for a Green Chile double cheese burger and they had the best in town, greasy and flavorful with an excellent bun. Sadly after having one recently something has changed, the burger was dry and tasted more of garlic powder than beef and the fries were semi burned. My wife’s chicken strips were also semi burned. I’ll give them another chance the next time I need a green chile burger fix, but if it’s as bad as the last one I wont be going back.
