Service good, food good, atmosphere good. Nothing exceptional. Came on a Monday night, not busy at all. We had to wait a bit on the hostess to seat us. Waitress was awesome! Burger was a little over cooked and dry. Tried the quesadillas and they were good. Fried pickles were very tasty! Atmosphere very nice, flies were annoying and bathroom could have been cleaner. But overall was nice.
Great service for a Friday night, clean and great atmosphere for a chilis. Food was good. Our server Brandy and the Manager Shane were very attentive and friendly. I made the mistake of ordering a salad with onions and Shane was very nice and took my salad back. A couple of seconds later Brandy checked on us and brought a fresh salad out with no onions. For a somewhat busy Friday night the food and service was excellent. Brandy is an awesome waitress! On a rare note: We noticed the hostess disinfecting and cleaning the doors of the restaurant. Overall a good dining experience for a Chili’s.
Service has gone down hill! Got food after an hour and it was cold. Another table had our kiosk. Once the other party left I tried to use the kiosk to pay my bill that had entertainment charges from the other party. I told my waitress and she had the manager take it off my bill….15 minutes of waiting.
Yes and No. I really enjoy eating here because the atmosphere is actually Normal! They have a bar with good drinks, great appetizers and pretty decent food. I have been here a few times and my meal has been less than tasty, but more time than not, it has been good. We have had some issues with the servers on more than one occasion, but over all this establishment is pretty decent.
They never get a take out order right. Always leave a sauce out or forget a side. Won’t be back.04 Jan, 2013I ordered the 2 for 20 deal online one Sunday evening. It was ready right when expected. When we got the food home I had a side item missing and the portions were much smaller than what we would have received dining in. Besides that the food was properly packaged to go. The quality of the food is sub par but you can’t expect much from chains anymore. Just frozen food reheated.
This is a wonderful establishment. I would eat here every day if I could 🙁
Standard Chili’s, nothing fancy here. Waitress was nice, brought food and drinks out quickly, was very attentive.
