Decided to take the family out for some good sit-down pizza last night. For some reason pizza tastes better at the establishment vs delivery, in my opinion. Ordered wings for two kids, 2 individual size pizzas for the other two kids, garlic knots and cheese sticks for all of us, and a medium supreme for the wife and I. Timeline- knots and sticks 15 min, wings 20, individual pizzas 30, medium pizza 40+. Manager came by at 25 minute Mark and said the pizza stuck to the pan and it had to get remade. Not a huge problem. 15 minutes later, server came and said same thing. Question that nobody could answer…did it get stuck twice? Holy flip, they make pizzas all day, they are pizza guys that do this for a living. Server said she would take care of it on the ticket. Grand total was $60. My son had a free individual pizza coupon, so it would have been $65. They took off $5, a measly $5 for a 40 minute pizza that costs $13.95 for a medium, which is nuts as it is. There was 3 total people there when we ordered, and things still took too long. Wife had to be somewhere 3 minutes away by 730, while we got to pizza hut at 610 and she ended up being a few minutes late. Talked to the manager, Kyle I believe, and he made it right by making the pizza free of charge. Service for drink refills and flavors of everything was super good. Would have given a 1, but Kyle’s management and the flavors kicked it up to 2. Can’t win em all.
