Awful Service. This restaurant has very inconsistent service. Two of us walked into the restaurant and waited 5 minutes for the eye rolling hostess to seat us, even though there were only two families in the whole place! It was like none of the waiters wanted to take a new table even though they were two hours from closing. We didn’t receive those famous biscuits until halfway through our entrees. Our Cesar salads were waaayyyy pre-made. The salad dressing was crusted onto the side of the bowl. We had to wait 10 minutes after our meals arrived to eat because our waiter couldn’t be found and we were never given silverware. We must have been in that place for two hours! Management needs to know how their young staff is handling this place. There’s an excuse for slow service on a busy evening, but not when your one of the three tables there. I won’t be returning here EVER, I’ll try a Italian restaurant for seafood. It was the worst 60 bucks I’ve ever spent in my life.
Seafood. When I gotta get my lobster fix, this is it. Although a bit pricey, the food and service have always been good here.
I expected more from red lobster. I haven’t had red lobster in over five years and I’m pretty sure I will never come back. The food was pricey for something so flavorless. The fries were stale and limp and my fish was so greasy.
Cmon Red Lobster….in heart of the beef/dairy capital of the U.S., and although it is indeed on the menu, my son couldn’t get a glass of milk? Are you kidding me? Horrible. Let’s not forget its our only seafood solution within 100 miles. Let’s step the quality up guys. BTW, promote Andrew to manager..he understands the customers needs!
All you can eat shrimp!. I usually avoid Red Lobster because of the prices, and I don’t really like seafood (except shrimp). But when all you can eat shrimp season comes around it’s one of the best deals in town…if you like shrimp 🙂 And I’ve loved the garlic biscuits since I was a kid.
Good service, but the food wasn’t that great for the price they charged.
Great service, good food but they missed a part of my platter. Otherwise it was great.
