Gone twice over the past couple years. Good part is they give free veterans day meals! Had the ribs and porker sandwich (forgot the name but it’s something like that). It’s the one with 3 meats. Meat was flavored so-so. Was fairly dry too and needed sauce, and lots of it. Table sauce is okay. Nothing special. Service is acceptable. Between fatboys and here, ribcrib edges them out, but by only a hair. The fries are good at ribcrib from my two trips. I like keeping the drink cups too. It’s worth a shot if you haven’t gone. I can’t speak for their other food. The ribs I had were my son’s that he couldn’t finish. They were fine, not really to standard though. Ribcrib needs bold flavors, and I mean something with a lot of spice and vinegar, especially as an addition to the BBQ. They seem to just get by with what they have.

Since we where 8 hous from home we decides to try the rib crib to cater a lunch for our family .We talked with the manager Chris and he did a great job catering the lunch for my family. The service and food was good . Thank you Chris and the rib crib for making our day special.
