Went with the intention of smashing some salad after being stuck at the hospital all morning. Didn’t know it existed after living here 4 years. I thought everything I had was good. Nothing bad yet nothing superb. It was convenient and obviously quick since there was no wait for anything. I read some other reviews, and yes, it could be a lot better. The setup was a little interesting, but not a big deal. If they had some premium offerings for the salad bar to compliment the standard salad bar items, it would be better. There doesn’t seem to be much else in that area of town, so I’d go back for sure. There’s nothing wrong with clobbering as many baked potatoes and soup and salad as you want, even if it’s basic. I thought the value was acceptable. One single chicken salad and a coke at most places are $10 anyway, so blasting multiple salads for the same price is a win.

First time and also last time. We walked in and it smelled weird. The salad bar was what we were looking for but it was really simple. There was no effort put into it. And really overpriced for what you get. The quality is really cheap. And after getting our salad my girlfriend found a hair in her salad. Needless to say we did not finish our lunch. This place could have a lot of potential if they would just put a little more effort into their variety.
Really tasty and convenient. It’s buffet style salad bar and done quite well. You can taylor a salad that’s perfectly to your liking and choose from what seems like a dozen choices of traditional and unique salad dressings. There are plenty of little hot extras like soups, breads, and pastas. As well as a fun selection of deserts. I usually finish with some shortbread with strawberries and whipped cream and some hot cobbler with whipped cream on top! All together a nice value.

Simply Salads Clovis. My first visit was Jan. 7th. Very impressed with the cleanliness, fresh selections, and taste of the food. A great eatery.
