The restaurant is located in the Phillips 66 gas station. Don’t be put off by the location. They serve simple very tasty Mexican food. I preferred the Chaco Grill to El Bruno’s across the street. Chaco Grill was a much better value.
On first glance Cuba and this has station come diner does not seem to have much to recommend it. However, Cuba is a pleasant place with rich countryside and Chaco Grill is a great place to hang out and eat, the green chilli is excellent

Real spicy Real good Real valueDon’t let the well used condition on the grill/ gas station scare you off.Folks inside are ok, the food is even better, but you better like spicy.
This place is in a gas station, but they serve terrific New Mexican dishes. I had the best chicken burrito I’ve ever tasted, and the price was right. There are tables inside, so you can eat in, as we did.
