Worst customer service EVER!. I have given this place so many chances because they have good night time hours. However, this is the third time we have called ahead to pickup a pizza and by the time we get there they haven’t made it at all!!!! One time they didn’t even have a record of our order, obviously the stoners working here do not care about service. I recommend you try other local pizza places such as farinas who have superb service.
Not a good place for Gluten Free pizza!. If you cannot eat gluten, do not eat here. They are overpriced and the pizza is very small (4 slices). I purchased a Groupon for $10 for $20 but you can only use one coupon at a time, ie. $10 towards a pizza. I purchased the Gluten Free Italian Stallion and it was $17.99 plus tax. I used one Groupon and I still had to pay $8.00 and change for the balance. The Groupon is not worth it. The crust was burnt and the sausage was suspicious (ie. fillers, etc). Also, there is a chance that your pizza will have cross-contamination as there is flour everywhere in this place. Do not buy the Groupon unless you are buying a regular pizza for your family.
Hello Anyone home downtown. The first time we were going to Aldos, at 11:00 am on 7/11/14, their Employee were waiting for their manager to open. The doors were lock and were not open for business. Prior to this We called numerous times. We walk by at 12:00 pm and the employees were still waiting. Shame on you..The second time, We placed an order at 11:00 am on 8/1/14 and they said it would be ready within 20 mins. We went to pick up the order at 11:30 am and and they had no clue about order…..it was either lost the order or did not start order on time. Shame on me…..never againHello anyone home downtown

This is the worst place ever. On an order for 1 pizza and 1 salad, they made 6 errors, omitting all 5 toppings that we ordered on the pizza and providing plates and silverware despite requesting for the salad. Then, the staff was horrendous and rude, Fighting me in fixing my order. Then they sent an under cooked pizza 40min later.
Delicious! The pizza is awesome, lots of sauce and cheese. We went to the new location at 4th and Central.
Avoid like the plague. Spent $20 on 80 minutes later delivered garbage. The ribs were not edible. I bit into one, and the meat was to tough and tasteless under the gallon of bargain basement bbq sauce, and I couldn’t eat it. The antipasto salad was mostly lettuce! I could go to the store and buy a head of lettuce for 1/6th the cost and 1/100th of the misery Aldo’s has given me today. Then, they argue that everything is fresh, but they are willing to credit me $3.50 on $20. It was a wasted $20 that I am going to the BBB to get back. I will never eat there again, and unless you prepare to argue with the staff when you are served bad food or delivered bad food 80 minutes later, I would recommend that you don’t eat there. Actually, I would recommend you don’t eat there anyway. Who needs the aggravation? Bad customer service, bad food, bad delivery, and they can’t follow written instructions.
