Awful! The staff, on more than one occasion, has been rude, they do not keep regular hours, and move at a snails pace. For an establishment at a transit station one would assume the establishment would be geared to the needs of commuters and travelers. In other words be open when you say you will be and huddle – we have trains to catch.
