My partner and I visit here frequently for the 40% off happy hour specials — there aren’t many places in Albuquerque that you can get two beers and some apps for under $15. We are pleased with the quality and consistency of the food.UPDATED 5/17 — We come here frequently, and today was the first time we’ve ever had less than good food. For whatever reason, our wings were super fatty and not crisp at all. When the server noticed I hadn’t finished my wings and didn’t want to take them with me, a manager came over and told us he took the wings off our bill.He even gave us another round on the house without even a hesitation. We would have been thrilled with just having the wings off the bill. He totally made it right and we remain happy customers. Well done, Library!
Not very nice. Was there with my co-worker who is black and they would not allow him in (gave absolutely no reason). We were in dress clothes and were not talking to anybody or doing anything else. We waited outside and the bouncers did not let in any other African American or some Native American guy that came in.Shocking to see this really.
Great Time. Had an awesome time at The Library. Went with a few people out on the town and we had a fun filled night here. The drinks weren’t expensive, and the music they played was great. The service from their waitresses and bartenders was excellent, and they even had Red Stag which i love. Had no problems or complaints, and next time i go out i’ll be going to The Library.
Bored?. Early afternoon – stopped in for a beer after lunch. not many patrons and it seemed that nearly all of the staff were bored or in bad moods. how does this provide for a nice customer experience? how does this tempt me to come in again?
Game time!. I heard about the Library’s remodel from friends, so I wanted to check it out. It’s about time that place got a little face lift! It looks great! The TVs are awesome! I watched the Heat lose 🙁 but it was a pretty sweet set up to watch on. The bartender said the bar has new owners and it looks like they believe in putting $ back into the place. Looks a lot better!
Burger Sliders. OMG! The burger sliders are to die for. The waitress talked us into adding mushrooms and caramelized onions. Perfect suggestion. I will definitely be back for more of those little pieces of heaven. Also, if you haven’t been in awhile, the have remodeled with new bathrooms, lights, and about 20 flat screen tvs. College football here I come…go nortre dame!
