Great breakfast/lunch place in ABQ. Wsrm, friendly place serving excellent, fresh food. We had the half sandwich special with delicious tomato bisque nsoup and a cookie for $10. Oscarnone of the owners was an.outgoing guy whonalso letnus trynone of his delicious empanadas and alsonthe Waldorf salad. We will be back for breakfast. Note-it closes at 2 PM.
Delicious!. I went to Roma for break one morning and got a breakfast burrito. At first I questioned the price, but once I tried the burrito, the price was worth it! Their burritos are heavenly! They are packed with flavor and huge! The man taking our order and the cooks were all very nice, and helpful!
My sandwich was amazing, I will give them that. But at $16 for a sandwich, a very small side of potato salad, and a soda, I won’t be back. Very good food (not as good as Relish, and $6 more) but the price is a serious deterrent. I could have gotten lunch at a sit-down restaurant and the tip fir the price of my take-out sandwich.
Teeny but HUGE on taste!~. Roma Bakery & Deli may seem small, with its corner house/office turned bakery scene, replete with local art and hovered conveniently near the courthouses. The hospitality is old-world feel (polite AND charming!) and the food, from the home-made pastries, classic Lobster Bisque (all you see on Lobster Bisque Tuesday’s is BAGS and BAGS of Bisque carry our!) is worth every minute of the inevitable line that could snake out the door at courthouse lunch break time. A DO NOT MISS.
Great Food. I had the Chicken Almond Croissant and Coconut Butter Cookies. Homemade cookies, croissant and chicken salad were both fantastic. The man who took my order was friendly and the dining area was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be going back to try more of their menu offerings. 🙂
I had a great sandwich: the southwest tuna croissant. The croissant was soft, buttery and flaky all at once. Just perfect! The tuna salad was very flavorful and had a touch of jalapeos in it; not hot in the least but you could taste them. The sandwich was topped off with tomato and leaf lettuce. It was excellent. The sandwich came with a chocolate chip cookie, which was good but not great (small and had a mild cinnamon flavor which I can’t approve of in a chocolate chip cookie!). A bit on the expensive side: $9.48 for sandwich, cookie and a large iced tea. But I would go there again if in the area. Pretty good over all.
Friendly Service, Excellent Food. I’m an avid cook and work nearby, so when I don’t have time to make myself lunch or breakfast, I really appreciate the friendly, personal service and excellent, from-scratch meals!
