Love this place! My husband and I have only been here 2 times now, but this is one place we will back to again and again. We love the atmosphere-simple but elgant, the staff-always kind and accommodating, and of course-the food! The daily specials we have had are not only beautifully pleasing to the eye, they are beyond pleasing to taste! Themost recent special I was treated with- ahi tunaand scallops with beautiful accents of fresh veggies and sauces. We love that the ingredients are fresh and locally grown! They have a great wine selection, and oh-so-tasty desserts. If you haven’t tried this place you are missing out!

Where to Begin! Well let’s start at the Beginning, Service Horrible! I can get past that if the food was good, but the Food was just as Bad! As an app I ordered the Cheese and Charcuterie plate, wow how could you mess that up? You did! I love Cuban Sandwiches so when I saw it on the Menu it was a must! Once again you managed to ruin a Classic Sandwich! I love local restaurants I just feel this one fell way short of its Mark!

Wow!. We stopped in for some tapas and wished we had time for a full blown dinner. This place is fantastic! The Bison Wellington is to die for. The fish tacos were incredible. The service, the management and the cook all took time to make us feel at home and to make the dinning experience all that more fulfilling. A true gem.

Most Detailed, AND Delicious Restaurant I’ve Been to Yet. Very few times in my life have I had such an exquisite meal and experience like this one. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere is open, modern, but still radiates that cozy feel. My husband had a bison burger with kale and thin fries. The burger was juicy, smokey, and was a large portion; it came with a variety of sauces and a quartet of toppings that were intricately designed to coordinate in a perfect combination of flavors. The food is simply amazing, I had breaded-fried chicken with the most delicious sauce and mash potatoes around it. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the made-from-scratch sauce complemented it very well. For desert, we had to truffles that melted in our mouth, and came with a honey-like sauce, softly drizzled in a beautiful pattern; pleasing not only our sight, but also the taste. The owner is spunky, funny, has an positive attitude that resonates throughout the atmosphere and is passionate about giving the best service to the costumer! The price is reasonable for the quality of service and fine dining experience. Our waiter was detailed, professional, and was prompt to fulfill our requests.Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is worth traveling the distance, like I did (4 hour drive).

Great opening with high quality cuisine in Downtown ABQ! Most new restaurants flounder under their own weight with uninspiring cuisine at their openings. Soul and Vine greets patrons with a creative (albeit limited) menu that is wonderfully executed! Attentive staff who aren’t just wait-staff but rather culinary guides. We sampled the Bison Wellington (among the best version of a Wellington I’ve tried from NM to the hillsides of France), the Tomato Bisque (perfect texture and balance of flavor), and chef’s creation (a medley of scallops and shrimp). My only real critique is that the entree size was a bit small even for someone who eats modestly, but beyond that the restaurant serves up dishes on-par with 5 star establishments in any city.
