Great gyros!
My, how times have changed!! I have been a regular at Zorbas over the years. It was always my favorite Greek cafe. Today was a different story. The prices are quite a bit higher, the food blander than I remember! The place looked like it needs better cleaning. I can only guess that maybe managements changed and they have lower their standards. Sad, sad!
Disappinted. Husband and I really love Greek food and we like the looks of the place. But the food tasted old, gross.not much to say just that it tasted like it had sat there all day!!!
Awful falafel. Tasted horrible
The food is outstanding, I have been eating at Zobras for more than a year. I have always been happy with the food the service is hit and miss. I would preferred to be waited on, but understand that I need to order at the counter. That is probably the only thing that takes away from this wonderful great dining experience Great value they price it right. Opa !11 May, 2014Food was excellent, the young woman who brought our food and checked on our table was terrific. It was priced right. The biggest problem is you have to order at the counter. I’m do recommend this restaurant.
The last 2 times the food just sucked – overcooked, pricey and tasteless. The soup tasted like Campbell’s chicken and rice w/a hint of lemon. Their lettuce and tomatoes must have been days old – wilted and mushy. The server asked how the food was and when told her we didn’t like it we got a blank look…
My wife and I ate at Zorba’s upon the recommendation of a couple that we met in Nob Hill. I must state that this was my first time trying Greek food. I was not disappointed. I ordered the Greek chicken and my wife had the Alexis Platter. Both dishes were wonderfully delicious. The portions were more than enough to satisfy our hunger and the server was courteous and prompt. The prices were reasonable; good value for the money. We will definitely return. Recommended without reservation.
