I hate that I have to Sacrifice great food for the worst service.. The title says it all but if you still want to know more…Angelinas is one of my favorite places to get good northern New Mexico food, im very partial to their lamb dishes. Unfortunately I have never had a good service experience and I really hope the owners care enough to read these because you have a serious problem in your restaurant. This Sunday, August 31st 2014, you had 6 servers on staff and the four tables that sat down at the same time as me took no less than 15 minutes each to get drinks and even longer to get their food ordered. For the love of all that tastes amazing at your restaurant, please, clean house with your waitstaff and get a manager that can run it more efficiently.
Nasty food, horrible service and diry restaurant. This place used to be okay, and now that I went back it has gone downhill. The service has never been great though. I always get some waitress who thinks she’s too good to be doing her job and it’s an inconvenience for her to serve me. It takes forever for the food to get to the table, my drink wasn’t refilled once and the place looked like it needed an inspection because it was filthy. The red chile had so much garlic I tasted it for a couple days and it makes me wonder what kind of beef they use because my beef enchiladas were drowning in lard. The corn tortilla was fried and it was adding to the beef fat. They barely put any cheese on it to. For me it was inedible and I sent it back. My grandpa hated whatever he got and said he would never eat there again. Unfortunately Espanola doesn’t have the biggest selection for great food, but try El Parasol, at least they make some damn good stuff.
