Great good, friendly staff. Huevos Los Arcos with the green chili was very good! My mother had the blue corn pancakes with pinons (pinenuts) and also thought it was very good. Very friendly staff, laid back atmosphere.

Yummy Food. So of course I’m not going to rave about everything on the menu but I can say they have some really good stuff. The staff are all very friendly. I go buy salsa often to go home and make tacos or taco salads with. It’s a little spicy and nicely salted, and that’s what I like is the salty flavor. I can’t stand bland food! Margerita (I hope I spelled her name right) is one of the nicest ladies working there along with this other lady up front but I always forget her name! 🙂 Go in and try a bowl of posole or the enchiladas suprema, both are awesome! They have great soft tacos, of course I love ordering that because it comes with salsa.

Awesome Place!. Love this place! No matter what I order it’s always good! But everyone really needs to try the bluecorn pinon pancakes! What a shame they don’t have a website with an online menu….

What does this restaurant have in common with Howard Stern? Both are tasteless! Cocina offers a clean pleasant enxvirknment with reasonably good and freindly service but the food is very bland. The presence of Mcilhinnies hot sauce on every table is a clue.

We were driving through from Santa Rosa,NM to Alamosa, CO. This little restaurant caught us by surprise. Great atmosphere, decent service, and very authentic New Mexican food including posole and lamb fajitas… Fantastic!
