No Issues. I came to this Chili’s with some coworkers. The service was friendly and we had no issues. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta, which was good, but not as spicy as I had anticipated. It seemed to lack flavor at times. Overall, though, I would return here.
Very slow and cold food – no stars. We went to Chili’s in Farmington on July 3rd at about 8 pm. The place was busy but we were seated in about 20 minutes. It took an hour to get cold food and the waitress had 4 or 5 well rehearsed stories to explain why things were taking so long and why the food was ultimately cold. Refills on the kids drinks never came, the appetizer came dead cold with the meal and every entree was cold. We politely complained and the waitress called the manager who apologized but didn’t do anything else. The waitress then avoided getting anywhere near our table for another 20 minutes. I would recommend going somewhere else this appeared to be a chronic problem based on some of the stories the waitress was telling us.
Bad Food. After eating at Chili’s in many states we were excited to go somewhere that my family of three agrees on.The server was nominal. My husband’s Guacamole Chicken Sandwich had something on it that caused a burn. It has been several weeks and he still has a tender spot. Will not be returning to this Chili’s.
