I tried the fried catfish lite for lunch. The seasoning was good but fish was a bit thin, mostly breading. The hushpuppies however where not very good, a bit on the hard side without much flavor. Baked beans bland, and nothing special potato salad. I may give this place another shot, maybe.
Try Somewhere Else!. Based on reviews, we thought we’d try this place out. The sausage had a strange taste — unlike anything we’ve had before. The briskette was cut up to the consistence of something you’d put on a sandwich, and lacked flavor. The pork ribs were excellent, but the portion sizes were small for the price. If you like BBQ, try a different place.

I’m from Oklahoma so I know what good BBQ is….this is good Barbeque!
Jeff Branaman. I used to visit this area four times a year to race sprint cars. You get sick of the franchise restaurants when you travel. The spare Rib is my favorite place in the southwest. Great food, great peach lemonade, very friendly owner and staff. The inside is always clean and welcoming and the men’s restroom is lined with race photo’s!
