Pappadeaux has a wonderful happy hour menu. All the appetizers and drinks were phenomenal. I loved the casual yet classy atmosphere, and they even had live music. The layout is just gorgeous, whether you sit inside or outside. The service was top notch and I never had to ask for a fill-up for my drinks.I’d recommend Pappadeaux for a casual date night or maybe even a first date. It’s got great seafood (fresher than I expected for NM) and great drinks. If you like oysters, I definitely recommend it! I’m not a fan but my boo loved them!!
Pappadeaux is the best food chain restaurant I have ever been to. My bf usually gets the same thing over and over, the pasta Mardi Gras. I always try something different. This last time we ordered the fried alligator, don’t be intimidated, just try it. It has the best flavor, especially with the lemon aioli sauce. The entre I got the crawfish trio, there was breaded crawfish, like a cream sauce and a spicy gumbo flavored kind. It was amazing and there always happens to be food to go which is always nice!
