Attention needed. We used to eat at the Arby’s on Idaho and decided to try it this past Sunday. What a disappointment! The salad with fried chicken was all lettuce with about 6 bites of chicken, a few old tomatoes and a smattering of cheese. The sandwiches were a bit better. I did not realize Arby’s does not serve plain french fries. The curly fries, while OK, are way to salty for most diets. Potato cakes…greasy! The overall appearance is a restaurant that needs an update. Please address these issues before you ‘go under.’ I will try you again, but it will be awhile.
