They stole from me. Pre-ordered and pre-paid food for me and a friend. friend never made it, so I asked for a refund and they refused to refund my money. I even asked for in-house credit and nothing. When I asked for refund they had not yet cooked my food, still refused my refund!!!!
After eating at a competitor PIC Quik I wanted to try something new Burger time was recommended. My first visit was great with the quality and service. The young guy was great who worked the drive thru even. I was a little worried that he did tell me owners were becoming offensive to the public with there locations. Based on that statement my second visit was horrible the burrito within a few weeks got smaller and wasn’t near the quality. It’s funny your lady even stated it was due to ownership. My bet is poor leadership poor business. Sorry Burger Time going out of business is in your bear future! Back to PIC Quick everyone!
