Food was Bland. Cracker barrel is always clean and the service is always great but the food has been going down hill to a level that we won’t be going back. It looks nice but the flavor is missing. I think they have new suppliers whose products are not of the same quality as they used a few years ago to keep prices down. Even the biscuits are not as good. Most people would pay more for better quality of foods. To many other places to eat with better food at the same prices. Lets hope things get better and return to the Cracker Barrel of years past that we loved.

Gross, generic, frozen breakfast foods. I’d suggest going to Savoy in Mesilla for weekend brunch or The Shed if you can get in. They’re practically in the same area, prices are comparable but the quality and culinary artistry is not even close. Cracker Barrel might’ve been good in the 90’s, but like any other chain, they pride themselves in fast service but take away from quality food

This is close to the hotel I stay in when in Cruces. Last week I ordered chicken liver platter-Bloody Raw. I changed my whole order but then they still charge me for chicken livers. Only problem over $2 more than new changed order. It took forever. And I asked for manager. That took another 10mins. She did pay for my meal, but still made pay for drink. Fast forward today. Try again, but staying away from livers. Waitress took my drink order right away. 15 mins later another waitress asks has anyone helped me. I don’t think I’ll come back. I live home cooking. But not the wait or raw food.

Good old country cooking but the breakfast stands out.
