Better but not great. A month or so ago we went here and had the worst service ever. The manager offered to pay for our meal if we would please come back and give them another try. We finally did today. The service was great, but we were being treated as VIPs. The bacon and eggs with the pancake meal were so cold they felt like they had been refrigerated. The server fixed this quickly with double the initial amount. For a free breakfast is was delicious and filling. Still not in a hurry to go back.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The waiters are clueless. I could hear the cooks arguing the whole hour I was waiting on my food to come. The order was wrong twice and our drinks never got refilled. Asked to speak to the manager and he wouldn’t come out to talk to us.
I agree with previous raters. Clean, buy that is where the praises end. Poor service. My coffee cup was never refilled. The meal was short of products standard to the menu. Just disappointing. I won’t be back. I feel cheated.
Finally a clean Dennys. This is the first Dennys I have ever seen that is actually clean and maintained well.The food is good and all the wait staff that I have gotten were very nice and attentive.
Most of the servers are good, and we have yet had any under or over cooked food here. Only thing that could be better is if they don’t run out of hot chcocolate all the time.
