Best place for green chile. Chicken tacos or chicken green enchiladas.
Had the carnitas (pork tacos) per servers recommendation. Very good. Hot sauce was good too. Queso was cool…tasted good just not hot. Servers were all friendly and attentive. Worth the drive from El Paso.
EL sombrero is exactly what it claims to be a simple Mexican restaurant right Away I was greeted by nice hostess and quickly sat at my table. I had an ice cold beer and then chips and a nice spicy salsa. I ordered the combo number two with green chili it was fantastic the chili was just the right spice, the entire plate was delicious and not an once was left when I finished. Then on the recommendation of the waitress I ordered the cinnamon sugar sopapillas and it was wonderful. I will be back for sure

Yummy. This is my favorit place for lunch and dinner. The food is delicious. I love the green chili sauce and enchiladas. however if you try to come at lunch hour there may be a long wait and it is well worth it! a big plus is the staff is always very nice!
