FUN PLACE WITH EXCELLENT BURGERS AND A LARGE MENUDo yourself a favor and forget all the negativity out there spewed by certain types.Over the past few years I have changed my opinion of Farley’s….a sports bar near Hotel Encanto. Initially, years ago I did not think that much of it, but after visiting several times over the past few years I find that I enjoy the place and like the food. The burgers are particularly good. This large sports bar serves a lot of typical sports bar food; nachos, wings, soup, pizza, burgers, specialty salads, ribs, chicken and chicken fried steak. Pricing is reasonable.Inside there is a bar area, many tables, and comfortable booths. The place is bright and clean. The service is attentive but the food often comes out of the kitchen on the slow side……even when they are not busy.I find the pizza ok but recently I’ve been ordering their burgers; the Mesilla Mex Burger or the Daddy-O-Burger. The fries are just ok…..nothing special, but the burgers are great. (April 2019 I ordered the daily special….a third pound green chile cheeseburger. It was ok, but not as good as it could have been. Should have gone with the Daddy-O.)What to expect if you go: A large, comfortable, friendly sports bar that is just fine for dining…small groups or large….self, couples, families, or the team. Overall, pretty good service but it can take a while to get your food and to get cashed out. The food is good but perhaps not outstanding….sort of what you expect in a good sports bar. The burgers are upper echelon.Restaurant rating = about THREE-AND-THREE-QUARTER to FOUR STARS…..meaning, you’ll have an above average to good overall dining experience. Comfortable place to dine with pretty good food. Not the greatest sports bar you’ll find but not bad.
This is my go to eatery when I’m in Las Cruces. I love there pulled pork sandwich. Over all the bbq selection is great. Some day I may even put my desire for bbq aside and actually try there other dishes. I never have had bad service here and love the atmosphere. I would recommend this place for both lunch and dinner

I recently tried the GREEN CHILE WONTONS, oh my gosh! They are so delicious!! I highly suggest going in for $1 taco Tuesday, the tacos are big, tasty & only a dollar! Try their green chile salsa, it’s better than the red one

I’m here at an off time on a Saturday. Good beer on draft, service ok. Ordered the fajita salad and it was great! The. Atmosphere is sports bar/ family restaurant. Maybe this is an identity problem??
